We collect necessary contact information (full name, email, phone/WhatsApp) and official documents uploaded for sworn translation and notarization (such as passports, birth certificates, residence permits, title deeds, contracts, and financial records).
All uploaded documents are treated under strict confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations (NDA). Only the assigned official sworn translator has access to your files. We never sell, share, or archive your data for marketing.
All uploaded files are stored in an encrypted environment using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols. Access is strictly compartmentalized to prevent unauthorized inspection.
Upon receiving your certified translation, you may request the immediate and permanent deletion of all your uploaded files and records from our servers by contacting our support team.
Electronic payments are processed through the licensed iyzico gateway complying with global payment card security standards (PCI-DSS). Terjuman never sees or stores your full credit card credentials.
We use strictly essential cookies required for session authentication, cart security, and saving your language and theme preferences.
